innovation centre
OzScientific
specialises in food innovation from "concept to
commercialisation". The "outcome-driven innovation" at
OzScientific is supported by market intelligence, ingredient and process
innovations, product development and scientific & IP literature.
OzScientific also provides analytical services for functionality and
applications of food ingredients such as proteins, hydrolysates, peptides,
